Chattanooga's EPB Seeks to Diversify Suppliers and Contractors
While "Rosie the Riveter" popularized the role of women in welding during World War II, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that fewer than one of every 16 welders today is a female and about 10% of all welders are Black.
